A travel-inspired culinarian with island wanderlust, who is at the helm of our Sailors Valentine restaurant and Breeze bar and lounge. Prior to joining the crew, Chef Michael brought his award-winning creativity to seaside eateries in Newport, Martha’s Vineyard, and the Virgin Islands. Chef Michael’s seasonal menus highlight his dedication to local farmers, harvesters and fisheries and his dishes incorporate flavors inspired by his travels.
